T.I. Punches Back With One More 50 Cent Diss Track
T.I.'s new 50 Cent diss track "Trauma Bond" celebrates his family above all else, as they have also supported him against Fif.

So TI has a new diss track out…again. This marks number five from his camp. It is in time for 50 Cent’s first audio missive against the Atlanta rapper. The former’s output has been steady and strong while the latter is just mouthing some words. Fif’s response may be too little too late at this point.
When TI first caught wind that his opponent had taken shots at his family, he knew that the chessboard had to be occupied by his kin. His two sons launched missiles 50’s way. This latest diss record may be the harbinger of the end to this feud.
In totality, TI and co whipped Curtis Jackson in a concerted effort, a coalition of the willing you might say. This certainly impacted Mr. Jackson as Clifford Harris went on a tear against the Queens spitter.

His whole goal was to display a sense of unity in his own base more than to come at the “Magic Stick” rapper. TI has so much to gain and 50 enough credibility and respect to lose. He might make major moves in Shreveport, but he has definitely lost ground in the realm of rap respect.
It is a shame to see a hip hop titan get manhandled in the lyrical ring, but it has also been entertaining and enlightening at the same time. The power behind his words should grant Mr. Harris the advantage over Fif. Once it is known that 50 can do no real damage even with hints at a docuseries akin to the one he put out against Diddy, he still has yet to show any true understanding of how battle rap goes on record.
For him to threaten to release such footage regarding the Harris family is kind of a bitch move. He’s not rapping. 50 is banking on the idea that he has been putting off his raps up until now. Again, too little…. His inability to match TI and the family shows a chink in his armor and brings about a complete travesty of what hip hop is about. The lyricism and the agility on the mic should give TI enough points on his card in claiming his title against Curtis.
If he is at all serious about denigrating the Atlanta rapper, 50 ought to just apologize and tuck his tail between his legs and run back to Queens. He can’t be taken too seriously because he waited so long to respond. In his decision to drag out this whole situation, he has put himself in the role of the little boy who took his toys and ran home but returned as if nothing happened. As he sulked, he became more aware of his role in this entire affair.

Meanwhile, TI took it upon himself to secure his family’s safety, legacy, and honor. He is the United States and his sons are Israel. 50’s position as Iran shows him to be thoroughly defeated but still lobbing insults towards the Harris camp.
It’s pathetic. Fifty has all the capacity in the world to be a great rapper. He’s a legend on and off the mic. But that legacy is slowly eroding, or maybe quickly. If there ever was a time for him to boss up with Tony Yayo and to fire back at him, this would be the moment. But in reality, he’s missed the chance too many times. In his mind, he brought to bear his own understanding of the game which now seems limited.
For TI to continue down this road to redemption after all his legal battles and lyrical battles in the past he has certainly picked up the mantle as Mouth of the South. He is an embodiment of the spirit of competition and the true nature of rhymesayer.
