Even In Your Darkest Hour

Even in your darkest hour,

When the world has turned away,

And the night stands cold before you,

Jesus walks beside your way.

When the burden feels too heavy,

And your heart begins to break,

He is there within the silence,

Every trembling step you take.

When the road grows long and weary,

And no light appears ahead,

Lift your eyes toward Heaven’s mercy,

Hear the gentle words He said.

I am with you in the valley,

I am with you in the storm,

Every tear that falls in sorrow,

Finds a place within my palm.

Even shadows cannot hide you,

Even sorrow cannot stay,

For His love is deeper still,

Than the night that grips the day.

So remember in your weakness,

When your strength feels far above,

Even in your darkest hour,

Jesus holds you in His love.
