80s music
The 80s were chockful of New Wave power ballads, synthesizers, drum machines, and no shortage of Madonna and Michael Jackson.
The Angels
The Angels have been my favourite band for over 40 years and they are still going strong today. It has been said by many, that The Angels changed the world of Rock n’ Roll here in Australia, and started to rise to fame at the same time as Australia’s other legendary band, AC/DC.

Dancing Butterflies
“Elusive Butterfly” is a popular song that was written by American folk music singer and lyricist Bob Lind. The song came out as a single in 1965 and was on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Adult Contemporary charts. Due to the song becoming a regional hit on Florida radio stations it was reissued in 1966 and was in the Top Ten on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song is on Lind’s debut album and is titled “Don’t Be Concerned” according to the opening lyric of the chorus of “Elusive Butterfly.”

A Playlist For The Heartbreak
This list is a mishmash of songs for those that go through different heartbreaks. No matter how it happened, whether it ended for you in a blindsided way you or you had to be the one to end it. The pain is still there because you shared time with that person. You thought you would be together with them.

We All Feel Like “That Girl” Listening To Beyonce’s Renaissance — Album Review
Beyonce is a household name that needs no introduction. The queen is back again serving vocals like never before. On my first listen-through of the album, I was vibing to the sick production and the smooth-as-butter transitions between songs. However not much stuck out to me. It took me a couple more listens to realize that this sound reminded me of watching queens and kings leave everything on the stage at drag shows.
