Ten Green Cards That Would Rock in Commander
Hello again! These past few weeks I went over a bunch of cards that I like to use in commander in a number of colors: Red, Black, Blue, White, and Artifact (Click the color word for links to previous articles) By this point you should be well-acquainted with my focus and intent, but in case you aren’t…(skip to the meaty bits if you must)

Doyle Brunson: Crushing it at 88
An accomplished college basketball player and middle-distance runner with great potential, Doyle Brunson appeared to have a successful sporting career ahead of him until a summer job in a gypsum plant in the 1950s changed that trajectory immeasurably and ultimately gave rise to perhaps the greatest legend the world of professional poker has seen.

Ten Unusual Red Cards for Commander
Oh hey, I didn’t see you there. If you’ve been following along with my past commander articles (Black, Blue, White, and Artifact), you should be aware of how this goes. In this series I go over some strange cards that may or may not interest the Spikes, but the Timmys/Tammys and Johnnys/Jennys might have their attention piqued.

The Best Uncommon Magic Items in Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) Fifth Edition (5E)
It’s well known that in D&D, the majority of campaigns focus on lower level characters. In fact, the majority of campaigns don’t get above 10th level, and as such, characters don’t tend to often get magic items or loot of any kind that is above Rare. As such, it’s more likely than not that you’re going to be focused on weapons and armor, wondrous items and such that your character is actually able to find or buy within the course of the campaign or module you are going to play. All that together, welcome to the list of the best Uncommon Magic Items in the game. These are far and away the most powerful or most useful items you are going to be able to find in the game, and you should be aiming to get these for your character or party members as soon as you can! Without further ado!

Ten Unusual Black Cards for Commander
Why hello again! If you have been following along, this series focuses on interesting cards for commander. Most of them are from the ancient, hoary days of Magic when cards more-or-less sucked just after the apocalyptic abominations presented in Alpha through Legends. Over time, some of these nearly useless cards acquired a use (yes, even Sorrow’s Path, the absolute bottom-of-the-barrel Magic card ever printed). This week I am taking a look at black cards – my favorite color! I love the cost-versus-reward nature of black as I am by nature a fairly bitter person. I also love board wipes and black has a bunch of them - some even exile!

Worlds Untold
I create worlds. Bold statement I know, but very true. I paint mountains and rivers onto the landscape. I grow forests and savannas in the spaces between. I raise towns and cities, and I populate them with folk of all kinds. And I dig dungeons, placing traps and hazards for any self proclaimed hero that might happen along. I am a Dungeon Master, a Games Master, a Storyteller, and many other names describing the same thing. I play tabletop roleplaying games. I collect them. I even design them, though I’ll admit that I haven’t publicly published any as of yet. I am a gamer, and that is my passion.
