Dungeons, Dragons and Deep Connections
I've always been invested in 'nerdy' hobbies. I collect comic books, I cosplay as my favourite characters and I play more games than most people I know; however I don't believe you have experienced the wonders of the nerds world until you have experienced at least one thrilling Dungeons & Dragons campaign.

The Dawn Ages
The Dawn Ages covers a period of time between -30,000 to -24,000DR The empires of the creator races begin to fade into memory and usher in the Time of Dragons and the Time of Giants. During this time, individual dragons and clans rule large swaths of territory and battle with their rivals for further control over land, sea and the skies, creating devastating warfare among the dragons of Faerûn, which leads to isolated pockets of former dragon territories falling under the control of giants. Over time, these giant-ruled kingdoms come to threaten the leadership of dragonkind.

Crack Down: Game Review
With the third entry in the series being released only one year shy of a decade from its previous entry; it's time to look back at the game that started up the entire franchise itself. In Crackdown, you are no longer a regular video game consumer entering another sandbox experience. You are instead a dangerous superhuman vessel for the Agency, a shadowy corporation whose sole intent is to bring peace and protection to the citizens of Pacific City by any means necessary.

Dead by Daylight: Game Review
Whereas many game developers have tried their hardest in the past to bridge the gap between horror movie fiction and online multiplayer, none have done so better than the creators of Dead by Daylight. In a game world where darkness can be an ally or an enemy, the developers of Dead by Daylight allow their players to choose which side of the chessboard they want to play on. As a survivor, you are grouped with three other members who are also seeking refuge and freedom from the darkness and the entity it has taken control of in this shadowy realm.

First On The Block
I gripped my uncomfortably square NES controller in my sweaty child's hands and stared up at the screen in disbelief. Mike Tyson's unconscious cartoon avatar laid in the back of the screen, eyes closed. I had knocked him down three times; he wasn't getting back up. But still I just stared. Mario, clad in referee garb made an entrance from the right-hand side of the screen, paused for that maddening moment, and then raised his hand as a cartoon talking bubble appeared over his head, cementing the victory I'd been chasing for almost four months with three simple letters. TKO.

Pocket Monsters and Peace
25 years ago I came to learn of a cardgame that was hotter than a lizard with wings amongst my school mates. It’s called Pokémon, short for “pocket monsters” I explained to my dad on our way to walmart after convincing him to buy me my first deck after school, I carefully opened the sleeve and quickly sorted through them skipping over the standard cards and dupes looking for one thing.....a holographic card, and there it was, a Venusaur, the 1st Grass Starter’s final evolution, which was later stolen by a kid named, Carlos, while looking through my binder collection (Grrrrr curse you Carlos)
