I am writing a Sci-Fantasy romance series. Part two is titled An Imperial Education. The main title for the series is Emerald Dreams in an Azure-Stained Reality, of which I have several years’ worth of backstory already planned out and noted. I am currently revising part one and writing part three. So, I decided to share the rough draft of parts one and two and see what feedback I can get from the excellent writers and critics right here on Vocal.

From Her, Clean Water Flows
Fluffy flakes carry The burden of hydration Frozen reservoir K.B. Silver Here in California, USA, our water consumption is way out of whack. We have a large portion of our land dedicated to farming (about 40%). As with electricity everywhere, the peasants support the major industries here. Eidru United University
Francine, the lead character from the series Emerald Dreams in an Azure-Stained Reality, has enrolled at Eidru United University in book two: An Imperial Education, and will be stationed there for the foreseeable future. Eidru United University, or E.U.U., has six schools on a single large campus. In the center is a small arena for sports events and large multi-school gatherings. At either end is an administrative building dedicated to running and supporting three schools.

Wisteria Woo RIP. Content Warning.
Wisteria Woo Silver~Rhodesian Ridgeback Cane Corso mix~ 7.19.15-3.2.26 My service dog, Wisteria, had been slowing down, having mysterious health symptoms like severe hives and unexplained injury. She went to the vet last month, but unfortunately, not all tests detect all problems. When we returned to the vet yesterday, upon much more concerning symptoms suddenly appearing, we learned she had a very large mass (10inx10in) likely the very aggressive hemangiosarcoma, and that we would only be buying a few months if we went through with treatment.

“Oh Hurry, my lady, you don’t want to be late. You have a series of appointments today, including one with the Chancellor. You wouldn’t want to make a bad impression now, would you, my lady? You would not, no indeed. You know what they say about first impressions and all, and I’ll have plenty of unpacking to get to.”
